- While creating your password, refer to the instructions given below the password input box. An example is also given to help you better understand what a password should look like.
If you are on a mobile device, please consider the following steps to sign up,
- Apart from just adding the product to your cart, you can use the "ADD TO WISHLIST" button, to save your products for a later purchase.
- You can also share a product with one of your loved ones, who you think need that product.
- You can choose the quantity of your product, buy clicking on the + or – sign or by using the input field.

The Cart Page has all the products that you added to your cart.
The terms in Cart Totals are as follows,
- Sub-Total: - The total Selling Price of all the products in your cart is the Sub-Total.
- Tax: - Total tax applied on all the products in your cart is the Tax.
- Total: - The sum of the Sub-Total and Tax is the Total.
After you are satisfied with all the products and their quantities in your cart, you can click on the “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” button to move to the next step.
Once you are on the checkout page, you can enter a discount code, if you have one and, you can have a different shipping address by just following some simple steps. Once you have filled in your billing details, just click on “PLACE ORDER” and you will be redirected to PayPal to continue with the transaction. Once on the PayPal page, you can either use your PayPal account or you can pay by using your credit or debit card without registering in PayPal.

Step-3. You can check your order status and much more in the orders tab. The different status of the orders is described as.
- HOLD: - If your payment didn’t go through, a HOLD is placed on your order for 24 hours, so that, if you want to try again, your cart items are not lost, and you don’t have to go through all the process again.
- PROCESSING: - Once your payment has been processed, your order status is changed to processing. While in processing, we prepare your order for shipping, and we send the packed products to Canada Post for shipping.
- SHIPPED: - If you are in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), your order will arrive in 1 to 2 business days. Outside the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), it may take up to 5 to 12 business days based on your shipping address, but we always try our best to ship your order as soon as possible.
- DELIVERED: - Once your order is delivered, your order status is changed to delivered. If upon the delivery of the product, you don’t like it or the item is damaged, you can contact us on weekdays from 9:30 a.m. till 4:30 p.m. According to our policy, you have 30 days after the product is delivered, to issue a refund. To initiate a return, you must contact us via email or call our customer care and we will be happy to assist you.

LOCATED INSIDE GTA (GREATER TORONTO AREA)
- You will receive your order within 1-2 business days if you are located in the GTA area.
- To check the status of your order, go to your "Order" page from "My Account" and you can check your order status there.
LOCATED OUTSIDE GTA (GREATER TORONTO AREA)
- Shopsees ships its order via Canada Post and your order will be shipped within 48 hours of placing the order.
- Depending on your location, you will receive your order within 5-13 business days.
- Once the order has been shipped, you will be notified immediately with an email.
- The email will contain your tracking number and the link to track your order.
If you face any problems while tracking your order, please Contact Us.
- You cannot check the contents of your package before accepting the delivery.
- If in case, you don't like the items in your package, or the items turn out to be damaged, you will have 30 days after the day of delivery to ask for an exchange or refund for the order.

LOCATED INSIDE GTA (GREATER TORONTO AREA)
- Your order may take 1 to 2 business days to be delivered.
- You won't be provided with a tracking id for deliveries within GTA.
- Shopsees team delivers in GTA by themselves, so you don't have to worry about anything.
LOCATED OUTSIDE GTA (GREATER TORONTO AREA)
- Depending on your location, your order may take 5 to 13 business days.
- For deliveries outside GTA, Shopsees ships all orders through Canada Post.
- A tracking id will be provided and a link will also be sent in the email, to track the order.
- Once the product has been delivered to you through an email, you will also be notified.
- Shopsees does not deliver internationally, for now.
- We do deliver across Canada, free of cost.
- On top of free delivery, we also pay the shipping charges to re-ship the product back to our warehouse, in case of a return or refund.
- If the product is found to be damaged or tampered with, please Contact Us.
- In case, you want an exchange or refund, please re-ship the product back to our warehouse.
- Your re-shipping fees will also be refunded to you, once the order has been delivered to us.
- Make sure to Contact Us no more than 30 days after the product is delivered.
- Once you place the order, and the payment goes through, you will be sent a confirmation email.
- The email will contain your Order ID, all the product info, your order subtotal, tax and total.
- If you still have any concerns about your order, please Contact Us.
- SHOPSEES.com delivers in Canada. Deliveries can only be made to locations with a street address or rural route number with a postal code. Deliveries to High Raised buildings might require additional information such as Buzz number, and Unit number to get your order delivered safely.
- We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
- Most of the products offer free shipping.
- You are given an option to have a different shipping address than your billing address on the Checkout Page.
- If you want to change the shipping address after placing the order, please Contact Us within 4 hours of placing the order.
- Please provide us with your Order ID, so as to make it easier to find your order.
- If the product is already shipped/delivered to the given address while the order was placed, we are not able to change the address and we will not be liable for any return/refund/exchange for that order.
Yes, we do accept returns. Although, the request should meet the following conditions:-
- The return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days after the order was delivered.
- The items of the order must be shipped back to our warehouse.
- The receipt from the postal service used to re-ship the product back must be emailed to shopsees.
- For a full return, all the products from that order must be shipped back to the Return address provided on the packing slip.
- The return request must be submitted through our Contact Us page.
- Your Return ID will be the same as your Order ID.
- Yes, you can exchange the ordered item, once it has been delivered to you.
- You have only 30-days from the day, the product was delivered to request an exchange.
- Shopsees can decline your exchange request after 30-days after the day, the product was delivered.
- First, contact our customer support through our Contact Us page.
- You can send us your order number, the reason for the exchange, and the product that you want for the exchange.
- After your request is received, our team takes about 24 to 48 hours before responding to your request.
- When our team contacts you, they will provide you with an address, where you must re-ship your product, in order to get your exchange item.
- Once the product is re-shipped, email us the receipt that the postal service gave you, and we pay you for the shipping fees as well.
- Once the product is received, the requested exchange item will be shipped back to you and you will be notified via e-mail.
- Please contact our Customer Support within 4 hours of placing your order, to change or cancel your order.
- If the order has been shipped or delivered, your order is not valid for cancellation.
- However, you can exchange or return your order, once you re-ship it back to our warehouse.
- After your request for a return/refund is submitted to our customer service, it may take up to 72 hours until a decision is made.
- Once a decision is made on your request, you will be notified within 24 hours via email or phone call.
- If your request is accepted, you will have to ship the product back to our warehouse, whose address will be provided, once you contact our customer care team.
- If you want an exchange for your order, another product will be shipped to you, or if you want a refund, one will be generated once the re-shipped product has been delivered to the warehouse.
- We currently have one store located at 160 Pennsylvania Ave Unit #4, Concord, ON.
- We do not have any other physical stores under our brand name. However, we do have several distributors of shopsees products within Canada.
- We make sure that any products that are sold and fulfilled by Shopsees, should be damage-free, scratchless and brand new.
- We would gladly accept any return or exchange request resulting from a defective item granted they respect the following conditions:
- The item must have been sold on our SHOPSEES online store.
- The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery.
