  1. It is easy to update your SHOPSEES account and view your orders any time through ‘My Account’.
  2. ‘My Account’ allows you complete control over your transactions and order details on SHOPSEES
  3. Manage/edit your personal data like address, phone numbers, email id, change your password, track the status of your orders

How to track my order?

  1. Track the status of shipments, you will receive a notification once your item has shipped.
  2. The tracking number for your order will be available on the Order Details page on SHOPSEES.
  3. You can access the Order Details page via the “Track Your Order” button in the emails.

Can I order a product that is ‘Out of Stock’?

  1. When an in-stock item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, you will receive a backorder email notification.
  2. Your item will ship as soon as it becomes available and you will not be charged until the item ships.
  3. If you choose to cancel your back ordered product, please contact the Customer Support team, and ask for a refund.

Can I accept the package after checking the contents inside it?

  1. A package cannot be opened before delivery is accepted.
  2. You can accept the package and get in touch with us in case you have any questions and concerns regarding the product you ordered.

My order is delayed. What should I do?

  1. On the rare occasion that your order is delayed, please check your email & messages for updates. A new delivery timeframe will be shared with you.
  2. You can also track its status by visiting My Orders.

Does SHOPSEES deliver internationally?

  1. No, at this moment we only deliver CANADA and the US with standard shipping rates unless specified.
  2. Deliveries can only be made to locations with a street address or rural route number with a postal code.
  3. Deliveries to rural/ remote areas and the territories might require additional shipping charges.
  4. Please shop on shopsees.com if you require delivery to the United States.
  5. Orders above 35$ have free shipping however if the total order is below 35$, an additional 10$ shipping fee will be charged.
  6. Please ensure to check the shipping prices before confirming your order.

Will the delivery be re-attempted if I’m not able to collect my order the first time?

Yes, we will notify you via email to make sure that the delivery is re-attempted or get in touch with our support team in case you have any concerns.

I found the package open and the product seal is broken. What should I do?

  1. You can inspect your package in front of the delivery driver. You can return the package same time if the product is damaged or broken.
  2. Contact our customer support to inform them that you have refused delivery and initiate a return or if the product is shipped by shopsees driver, the package must be rejected at the same time and return to the driver.
  3. This way driver app will update our system about your order to initiate the refunding process.

What should I do if my order is approved but not yet dispatched for a long time?

Please be patient or contact our Customer Support so that we can investigate this.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

  1. We will send you an e-mail & SMS once you have successfully placed your order.
  2. We will also let you know as soon as the seller ships the item(s) to you along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s).

I haven’t received the invoice for my order.

  1. A hard copy of the invoice is sent along with your order via email.
  2. If you have not received a hard copy you can request a soft copy by contacting us.

Why am I not able to track my order?

Please check after 24 hours as the tracking ID for your order will take some time to be activated once it is shipped.

Can I change the delivery date of my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make requests for specific delivery dates, however, rest assured that we will deliver by the promised delivery date.

PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using your PayPal account or credit card. You can choose these payment methods at checkout.

Which currency will I be charged in?

  1. We recommend PayPal in support of CAD and USD currencies to pay on Shopsees website.
  2. If your credit card or PayPal uses another currency, then you will be charged in USD or CAD, depending upon your location. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose.

Debit Card / Credit Card Failure

  1. In the case, while making the payment, the amount is charged and you get a cancellation email, the amount is reversed back to your account within 72 hours.
  2. In case the amount is not reversed please contact us with the payment details so that we can check from our end.

SHIPPING

What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped, we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it). Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your “order history” section on your account page on Shopsees.

Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status “preparing for shipping”, “shipping” or “delivered”, then we cannot accept any edits to your order. To make changes to your order, please reach out to the support team at contact@shopsees.com

How long does shipping take?

Orders usually ship within the same day or could take 3-5 business days depending upon the buyer’s location. We also offer same-day shipping only if you see the green bar (above the products), if the bar is grey the delivery would take up 5-6 days. For Example:

We recommend checking the ‘estimated delivery time’ as posted on the product information page for individual items. If items are back-ordered, a follow-up email will be sent to you with an estimated time of delivery.

Are there any shipping restrictions?

  1. SHOPSEES.com delivers both in CANADA & the US. Deliveries can only be made to locations with a street address or rural route number with a postal code. Deliveries to High Raised buildings might require additional information such as Buzz number, Unit number to get your order delivered safely.
  2. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
  3. Most of the products offer free shipping.

Where does my order ship?

  1. Your order must be shipped to the given address on your profile.
  2. Shipments will be delivered as NSR (No Signature Required). We do not ship to commercial high-raised buildings. Talk to our support team if you need more assistance regarding order shipment.

Are all shipments delivered with No Signature Required (NSR)

Yes, all shipments are delivered as NSR if the carrier seems safe to leave the shipment. In situations where the carrier is unable to do so, they will leave a delivery notice. If you receive a notice, you may pick up your item or arrange another delivery date when you will be available to receive it.

How do I change my shipping address?

Before placing your order on Home, you can change the shipping address directly in your shopping cart. If your order was placed within the first 8 hours, you cannot change the address. Contact directly to the seller to made changes in your order address or talk to our support representative by email or phone.

How much does shipping cost?

We strive to maintain low shipping costs. Orders above 35$ have free shipping however if the total order is below 35$, an additional 10$ shipping fee will be charged.

RETURNS/ CANCELLATIONS

Do you accept returns?

  1. We do accept returns with respect to the following conditions:
  2. The item must have been sold on our online store.
  3. The item shouldn’t have been used in any way.
  4. The return is made within 14 days of the delivery.
  5. You can go to your account, choose the product from your order history and initiate a refund.
  6. To ask for a return, please contact our support using our helpdesk.

Can I exchange an item?

No, firstly you must initiate a refund on the website and ship the product back to its original location from where it’s shipped to you. You must pay for the shipping cost, which is not refundable. Once we have received your returned product your refund on the product would be initiated within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Can I change or cancel my order?

  1. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible.
  2. You can cancel your order but if the product already shipped out you can only get your refund once the vendor confirms the shipment of your order received.
  3. Shopsees may ask for additional information such as career and tracking number as proof that the customer did ship the order back.

Do you have physical stores?

  1. We currently have one store located in Toronto Ontario.
  2. We do not have any other physical stores under our brand name. However, we do have several distributors of shopsees products within Canada.

Is there a warranty?

  1. We guarantee any of our products made by us and sold through our online store to be free of defects.
  2. We would gladly accept any return or exchange request resulting from a defective item granted they respect the following conditions:
  3. The item must have been sold on our SHOPSEES online store.
  4. The item should not have been used in any way.
  5. The return or exchange request is made within 14 days of delivery.
